With Finals coming up in school, we all get a little stressed out. Keep reading for some tips and encouragement.
I have recently had a huge finals meltdown (it wasn't pretty). I had made up my mind that I was going to give up when my Mom said to me: "These are the same classes you have worked through all year. You can do this. You already know the material. Just make a planner and take it one step at a time."
So, being a teenager, I was like "Whatever, this probably doesn't work." But I was so desperate, i thought I'd give it a try. I got out all my washi tapes and my planner. I began writing out my assignments in fun colors. When I was finally done, I took a step back to examine my work.
Ok NO JOKE! There was only four assignments. We have such a tendency to overthink assignments and projects and we get overwhelmed and shut down. So take a step back and work on one thing at a time. Remember, you are in this class for a reason, and you CAN handle it.
I WILL PASS MY FINALS! I WILL PASS MY CLASSES! I WILL NOT BE DEFEATED! I WILL FINISH STRONG!
You got this guys.
